North Florida Officials Association
An association that has been assigning officials for over 50 years to all high and middle school football games in the metro Jacksonville area. The NFOA serves all schools in Duval, St Johns, Baker, Nassua and Clay counties.
NFOA is looking for individuals interesting in officiating.
Experience and inexperienced officials are needed. Training provided!
Officials Report:
Team A breaks the huddle and all players stand in their positions for one second. QB says "set" and all players go into a 3 pt stance except Guard A2. Back A3 starts in motion after which A2 goes into his 3 pt stance. The ball is snapped 2 seconds later.
Ruling: Illegal Shift all players did not come to an absolute stop and remain stationary for 1 second.
